It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Franklin Parrett (Elkton, Maryland), who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Losten and Elizabeth Rebecca Parrett (Laird); and his siblings, Harry Losten, Milford Jackson, Elizabeth Rebecca, Elmer Junior, Betty Virginia, Howard Arthur, Cecil Leonard, Ralph and Charles Vernon Parrett.
He is survived by: his son Andy (Rhonda); his grandsons, Andrew (Casey) and Coty (Megan); his great grandchildren, Ava, Luke, Greyson and Addie Kate; his brother James Richard Parrett; and his niece Betty Harlene Smith.
