She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mitchell and Agnes Boyd Mitchell; her son William Carroll, Jr.; and her siblings, Charles Mitchell and Leonettra Wadkins.
She is survived by: her husband William Carroll, Sr.; her children, Vanita Gail Myers (Richard) of Jacksonville, FL, Eugene McKinney (Cindy) of Soddy Daisy, TN, Eric Carroll (Donna) of Clayton, DE and Shannon Warfel of Quarryville, PA; and her sister Georgianna Thornton of Chesapeake City, MD. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
