He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Carter and Catherine Byrne Carter; and his brothers, Robert M. Carter and Edward Joseph Carter. He is survived by: his brothers, Norman Carter (Patty) and Kevin Carter (Kathleen). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Interment will take place at the Oblate Cemetery following the Mass. Attendees should be fully vaccinated and boosted from COVID-19.
