Joan D. Roux Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2022, Joan D. Roux of Elkton, Maryland, born in Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Plaugher and Florence Plaugher; her husband Arthur R. Roux; and her brothers, Robert Plaugher, Charles Plaugher and Lawrence Conley.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Roux (Yvette) of Mims, FL and Kimberly Workman (Brian) of Elkton, MD; her granddaughters, Kelli Workman (Justin) of Pike Creek, DE and Caitlyn Roux of Ellijay, GA; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Worden and Carlynn Roux-Jones.
