He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Morgan and Catherine R. Morgan (Hyde). He is survived by: his wife Heidi E. Morgan (Mueller); his children, Lynn M. Apgar (Joseph L.) and Tim Apgar; and his brothers, Robert H. Morgan (Kathleen) and Leonard D. Morgan (Shiri).
