He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn K. Price and Loretta Smith (Nieminen). He is survived by: his children, Logan Matthew Price and Samantha Carlie Price; and his siblings, John Price of Rising Sun, MD, Ron Price of Elkton, MD and Charlene Price McMonigle of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by 3 nephews, 2 nieces, 2 great nieces and 5 great nephews.
