She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Lee Tackett, Sr. and Julia Lee Tackett (Hamlet); and her children, Herbert Reeves, Brenda Reeves, Raymond Reeves and Evelyn Reeves.
She is survived by: her husband Efrain V. Rios; her children, Donna Reeves, Matthew Reeves and Julia Reeves; and her grandchildren, John Barteau-Davis (Nicola), Angela Minks, Jasmine Davis and James Moore. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
