He is survived by: his wife Janet Loftus Martin; his children, David Laurence Martin, Jenifer Martin Brian, Kasey Elizabeth Martin and Christina Marie O'Connell; his siblings, Humberto Martin, Maria Martin, Ana Martin and Isabel Martin; and his grandchildren, Jacob Martin, Brayden Martin, Avery Martin, Rylee Martin, Blake Sherlock, Emersyn Martin, Channing O'Connell, Mia O'Connell and Sofia Brian.
