She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Edgar and Clara Augusta Kilheffer; her son Craig Ryan Billings; and her stepson Brent Schulze. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her brother Ed Kilheffer (Wendy); her daughter Dawn-Marie Bey (Chris Cotropia); her stepchildren, Amy Crone (Tom), Sarah and Mark Schulze; and her grandchildren, Oakley, Clara Cotropia, Caeden, Zoe Crone, Anah, Payton Billings and Tayjah Daquila.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory (2973 Solomons Island Rd, Edgewater, MD 21037). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
