He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn L. Meyer. He is survived by: his children, Glenda J. Lawrenson (Melvin), Debby L. Gamble and Dale R. Meyer (LuAnn); and his grandchildren, Melodie, Michael, Thomas, Heather, Michele, Laura, Kyle and Robert. He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren.
