It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernestine B. Franklin (Derwood, Maryland), born in Joanna, South Carolina, who passed away on June 9, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rafe R. Boyce and Madie Rogers Boyce. She is survived by: her children, Michael Franklin (Renee) of Joanna and Donna Summers of Clinton; her grandchildren, Robbie Franklin (Jenna) and Morgan Summers (Kayleen); and her great grandchildren, Cooper, Colbey, Ryder, Brandon and Bridget.
