She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. John Nevitt Evans, Sr. and Lois Estelle Kelly Evans. She is survived by: her husband Vernon G. Edwards; her children, Lois E. Burkett and Michael Kirk Daugherty; her siblings, John N. Evans (Ruthett) and Nevitta E. Ruddy (Ron); her grandchildren, Erin Vongraevenitz (Dominick), Christina Burkett and David Burkett (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Destiny, Dominick, Jr., Aiden, Evan, Madison, Brendan, Shawn Vongraevenitz, Ruby and Mavis Burkett; and her nephew Bill Ruddy (Cheri). She is also survived by three step-children; nine step-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
