She was predeceased by: her parent Walter Borys; her husband John Andrew Evans; her son Steven Preston Evans; her siblings, Chester Borys, Milton Borys, Walter Borys, Benjamin Borys, Teresa Voelker and Wanda Groncki; and her sister-in-law Bernadette Borys.
She is survived by: her parent Josephine Borys; her brother Alex Borys; her daughter-in-law Sharon Evans; and her grandsons, Ryan Andrew Evans and Sean Michael Evans.
