He was predeceased by: his daughter Cathleen; his siblings, Eva, Mary, Ann, Esther, Wesley, Harry, Theodore, Walter and Michael; his nieces, Michelle and Deborah; and his nephew Mathew.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his sons, John (Kathleen) and Paul; his grandchildren, Todd (Joy), Kirk, Nickolas (Débora), Brett and Lauren (Stephen); his great grandchildren, Kristian, Kaleb, Kellan, Logan, Alexander, Andrew, Viktor, Quinn and Arielle; his sisters-in-law, Margaret and Casimira; and his children, Michael and Paulina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers , memorial contributions may be made to the Ukrainian Catholic National Shrine of the Holy Family ; Alzheimer's Association ; Disabled Veterans of America.
