He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozzie Welch and Robert L Welch; his stepmother Lottie Welch; his brother Julius Dancy; his son Ronald Lewis Welch Jr.; and his granddaughter Gwendolyn Lipford.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Welch; his children, Terencia Lipford, Micheal Lipford (Karen) and Ingrid Lipford; his brother Robert Welch (Ginger); his grandchildren, Ricardo Lipford, Raven Lipford, Kevin Lipford, Quinn Lipford, Juwon Welch, Joshua Welch and Asia Davis; and his great grandchildren, Malia Lipford, Ricardo Lipford, Rico Lipford, Rianna Lipford, Isiah Brown, Brooklyn Welch, A'iternitiey Lipford and Decarius Davis.
Due to the current Covid restrictions and protocols there will not be a repast following the service.
