She is survived by: her daughter Lynette Sherry; her sisters, Anne Davis, Renà Foster and Janie Davis of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Priscilla Nichelle Bandy, Daniel Xavier Walker and Chandler Natalia Walker; and her great grandchildren, Kai Woodrow Bandy and Marcellus Kace Bandy. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
During the early stages of the HIV/AIDS pandemic, Linda proved herself to be an invaluable, fearless professional in securing life-saving testing necessary for doctors to help patients navigate through such a challenging physical and emotional time in their lives.
