It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxanna Louise Herbert of Clear Spring, Maryland, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Roger Baker and Hilda Louise Kayser (Yeakle). She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Norty" Lucas; her daughter Fawn Michelle Herbert; her stepsons, Darren Lucas (Lesan) and Devin Lucas (Kristen); her sister Cheryl Darlene Smith; her half-siblings, JoEllen Miguel, Tina Marie Orndorff, Curtis Kayser and Roger Alan Baker; her aunt Dorothy McAllister; and her grandchildren, Tyler Socks, Lyla, Josh and Trenton Lucas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
