Mark Allen Rustand Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, at the age of 66, Mark Allen Rustand of Chestertown, Maryland, born in Duluth, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Duane and Phyllis Louise Wehmeyer Rustand. He is survived by: his stepmother Grace Bishop Rustand of Easton, MD; and his sisters, Linda Rustand Dutton of Chestertown, MD and Lauri Marie Rustand of Oakton, VA.. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Both died of COVID complications.
