She was predeceased by: her parents, Amor Perry McCommons and Ethel Elizabeth McCommons (Jackson); her husband Robert T. Foard, Sr.; and her siblings, Joanne Ernst, Mary Stawikey (Tish), Dora McCommons and Douglas McCommons.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Foard Lutz (George) of North East, MD and Robert T. Foard, Jr. (Patti) of Fair Hill, MD; her siblings, Marshall McCommons (Carol) of Lutz, FL, Perry McCommons of Littleton, NC, Jack McCommons (Rhonda) of Elkton, MD, Phyllis Byrne of Lewes, DE and Carol Swyka (Bobby) of Chesapeake City, MD.; her grandchildren, Meredith L. Stehl (Kevin) of North East, MD, Laura L. Heilman (Brad) of Glen Rock, PA, Whitney Foard Muller (Shane) of Elkton, MD and Madison T. Foard of Fair Hill, MD; and her great grandchildren, Emerson J. Stehl, Henry B. Heilman, Tucker D. Stehl and Charles A. Heilman.
