Clower Sr. (Chesapeake Beach, Maryland), born in Takoma Park, Maryland, who passed away on November 9, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Clower and Virginia Clower (Clatterbuck); his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Ann (Lee); his sons, Hugh "Butchy" Hilton Clower, Jr. and John Mitchell Clower (Julie); his grandson John Mitchell Clower, Jr.; his great grandchild Laura Lee Garner (Paul G. Garner); and also, Devin Michael Garner and Mollie Brooke Garner.
