He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Raymond Lovern Rhodes, III (Debbie Clayton) of Charlotte Hall, MD and Randall Lee Rhodes (Kim Rhodes) of King George, VA.; his granddaughters, Brittany Oliver and Rebecca Rhodes; his great grandchildren, Blake, Cole, Emily and Jace; his goddaughters, Penny and Tiffany; and his sister Sandra Westendkircher of Winchester, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
