Sands, Alexa Rosado (Zachary), Joseph Sands, Sydney and Nicholas Kern; his great grandchildren, Addie and Everly Rosado; and his sister Susan Lanman (Barry).

“Donna - So sorry for your loss. I miss the days that Bill would come to the office to get checks signed and visit. He always apologized 20 times before asking a question but I always enjoyed answering them because I always knew his heart was in the right place and he would do whatever he could to help out the fire service.
