He is survived by: his children, William Jr. Bill Resided (LaRue), Brenda Carroll and Rita Dougherty (Cris); his grandchildren, Amber (Wayne), Casey, Jake (Heather) and Alycia; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee and Chloe. He is also survived by family members and friends.
