He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack E. O'Connell and Madeline O'Connell. He is survived by: his wife Constance O'Connell; his children, Elizabeth Kerby (Lewis), Colleen Rahe (Matthew), Kathleen Noonan (James) and John O'Connell (Erin Fanelli); his grandchildren, Claire Kerby, McKellan Kerby, Morgan Rahe and Michael Noonan; and his sister Elizabeth O'Connell.
