He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Shirley Mae Harmon Stout; and his brother Donald Douglas Stout. He is survived by: his wife Jill Lynn Stout; his daughter April Diane (Richard Ohler Jr.); his grandchildren, Ryan, Dylan and Aubrey Ohler; and his brother Charles Edward Stout.
