He was predeceased by: his significant other Eva; and his parents, Edward Lloyd, Jr. and Catherine F. Lloyd. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Lloyd (Janine Bauer) of South Orange, NJ and Pamela Lloyd Coulter (John V. Coulter) of New York, NY; his nephew Alexander Lloyd; his nieces, Kimberly Coulter of New York, NY. and Abigail Lloyd of New York, NY.; and his goddaughter Whitney Driver Flood. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many cousins.

In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations be considered in his honor to St. Mark School, 26 Melvin Avenue, Catonsville, Maryland 21228.
