She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Jester and Helen E. Jester (Potter); her husband Edward Thomas Phillips, Sr.; her siblings, Helen M. Johnston, Dorothea L. Mathis, John B. Jester, Jr. and Michael L. Jester; and her stepdaughter Kathleen Marley.
She is survived by: her children, John T. Gamber (Liz), Michael W. Gamber, Donald J. Gamber (Betty), Patricia E. Blackburn (Thomas) and Edward T. Phillips, Jr. (Janet); her brother Barry W. Jester (Judy); and her sisters-in-law, Joan Jester and Alice Jester. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
