It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith Alvin Ballard Jr. (Catonsville, Maryland), born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Hedy Klopfer; his daughter Alison Ballard; and his stepdaughter Tracy Klopfer.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to The Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute would be appreciated.
