He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Catherine Marie O'Neill; his children, Jay O'Neill (Tara), Debbie Compher (John) and Kelly Frances; his siblings, Eleanore Dudley (Daniel), Bernard O'Neill (Mary Ellen) and Joseph O'Neill (late Jean); and his grandsons, Nicholas, Matthew and Jackson Compher.
With limitations made to funeral practices due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will not be a public gathering for Mr. O'Neill but a Catholic Rite of Burial will be presided over Mr. O'Neill by Fr. Paschel Morlino at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
