She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas E. Neser, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Tom Neser, Jr. (Martha) and Lynn Lyons (Amy); her grandsons, Derek Neser (Sarah) and John Reid, Sr. (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Emmett Neser, John Avery Reid, Gavin Reid, Garrett Reid and Parker Reid; and her pets, Tucker and Jill.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Charlestown Benevolent Care Fund, 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228 or to Catonsville United Methodist Church, 6 Melvin Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228.
