She is survived by: her sons, Arlando Budd (Ekco), Jerry Budd, Anthony Budd, Jeremiah Islar (Shakira) and Isaiah Dorsey; her mother Wilda Budd; and her grandchildren, Arlando Grayson, Aydan Lee, Aaron Josiah, Alden Cole, Autumn Rose, Jaziah Rene, Anthony Patrick, Jr. and Joellyn Vincent.
While her contributions in the medical field were many, Arlette always considered her greatest contribution to this Earth to be the five sons that God blessed her to have: Arlando Budd, Jerry Budd, Anthony Budd, Jeremiah Islar, and Isaiah Dorsey.
