He is survived by: his parent Nellie Bramble Willey; his spouse Brenda Elzey (Teeny); his daughters, Kimberly Dawn Hall (Rick) of Oxford and Kellie Denise Saulsbury (Matt) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Kenton D. Hall, Kylan D. Hall, Dominick Wright, Regan C. Hall and Olivia G. Robinson; and his brother Thomas B. Willey.
