He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Frances Smith; his wife Jane L. Smith; and his grandsons, Adam Smith and Dustin Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Ed (Bonnie), Laura (Rick) and Cindy (David); and his grandchildren, Michael, Mattew, David, Justin, Dylan, Erika, Kelly, Dennis and Christopher. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
