He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rotzell and Mary Romayne Rotzell (Heard); and his wife Kathy. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Ramos; his son-in-law Ricky; and his grandsons, Ricky and Timmy. He is also survived by his two favorite people, his grandsons.
