He was predeceased by: his parents, James Aloysius Mills and Betty Lee Coffman Mills; and his sister Patricia Berard. He is survived by: his wife Mary of Mary's Church; his children, Tiffany Ann Mills (Rob) of Virginia Beach, VA, Lauren Melissa (Lolli), Kelsey Lynn Wilkerson (Christopher) of Waldorf, MD and Jonathan Dwyer (Carey) of Silver Spring, MD; his siblings, James Aloysius Mills, Jr. of Hebron, MD, Pamela Bradford (David) of Hebron, MD, Thomas O. Mills, Frederick, MD and Christopher E. Mills (Diana) of Delmar, MD; and his grandchildren, Kamryn, Jayden, Paige, Emma, Jack, Vera, Tyus and Quincy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Michael's name to Johns Hopkins Neurology.
