She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Phillips and Irma Phillips; and her sister Edna Phillips Futrell. She is survived by: her nieces, Wini of Virginia Beach, VA and Carolyn of Falls Church, VA; her great-niece Ingrid; and her great-nephews, Joseph Jr. and Herbert Jr.. She is also survived by 4 great great nephews and 3 great great nieces.
