She is survived by: her siblings, Cheryl Kokoszka (John) of Lee, MA, Joe Stevens (Darlene) of Smithville, OK, Philip Stevens (Deanna) of Mena, AR, Patsy Van Houten of Mulberry, AR and Perry Stevens (Michelle) of Blossom, TX; and her sister-in-law Carol Stevens of Fort Worth, TX.. She is also survived by nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
