He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Harry, Sr. and Jean Banks; and his parents-in-law, Everette Banks, Sr. and Irene Banks. He is survived by: his son Terrence Starks; his daughters-in-law, Monica and Mary Starks; his sisters, Nancy Starks-Higgins and Grace Starks-Gaines; his siblings-in-law, Marjorie Banks (late Everette, Jr.), Charles (late Shai) and Sidney Banks (late Helen); his grandchildren, Jacob, Adam and Chenal Starks; his godchildren, Selina and Brady; his niece Gloria Banks-Lee; and also, Leslie and Dirke Williams.
