It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W. Tobias of California, Maryland, who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tobias and Margaret Tobias. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Amy Tobias and Tim Tobias; and his grandson Maverick.

In lieu of flowers memorials in James name to Disabled American Veterans will be appreciated.
