He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Smith and Luna Smith (Brandon); and his brother Paul Edward Smith. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Gene T. Smith (Tamika Smith), Brittney G. Sterrette (Jeffrey Sterrette) and Earl Elliot ErvinSmith; and his siblings, Gladys Ann Chisley, Mary Alice Smith, Bernadine Smith and Glenn Smith. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers-in-law, a sister-in-law, and a host of other relatives and supportive friends.
