She was predeceased by: her husband Carl L. Hoffman, Jr.; her cousins, Carol Carew and Lloyd Musselman; her parents, Otto Mueller and Sara Mueller; her siblings, Audrey Green, Joseph Mueller and Robert Mueller; her siblings-in-law, Shirley Mueller (Baquol) and Frank Gay; her aunt Verna Musselman; her uncle Melvin Newkirk; and also Charlotte Meyers (John).

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Andrea Baker) and Laurie (Gregg Busey); her grandsons, Kevin, Adam and Eric Busey; and also, Marilyn Gay, Nancy and Harry Ryan (Elaine). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their children.
