He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Stvan and Mildred Emma Stvan (Machian); and his brother Otto John "Jack" Stvan Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Stvan (Rieschick); his children, Ashley Rebecca Burnett (Stvan) of Dallas, TX and Christopher Davis Stvan of Edmond, OK; his son-in-law Kevin Burnett; his grandchildren, Kason, Harper and Cameron; his stepdaughter Jacqueline Costell (Rieschick); and his stepgrandchildren, Carlin and Jackson. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
