He was predeceased by: his parents, Almeta Childs and Rollin E. Turner. He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Turner; his sons, Jon Turner (Jill) of Great Mills, MD and Steven Turner (Stacy) of Lewis Center, OH; and his brother Donald Turner (Donna) of Kingsport, TN. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
