She was predeceased by: her parents, Fire Chief Lawrence R. Woltz and Margaret Woltz (Stanton); her brother William Edward Woltz; her nephew Daniel Woltz; and her great-nephew Tristen Woltz.

She is survived by: her brother Lawrence R. Woltz Jr. (Marguerite); her sister-in-law Louise Woltz (Boogee); her nieces and nephews, Virginia Frisch, David Woltz, Elizabeth White, Lawrence P. Woltz, Sean Woltz, Christy Clark and Jeri Melton; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Timothy Frisch, Thomas Frisch, Tracy West, Tony Woltz, Ethan, Lance, Grant White, Shanniah Woltz, Cody, Corey Clark, Amanda Frick, David Melton, Aubrey and Austin Woltz; and also, Peyton Frisch, Camdyn Frisch, Morgan West, Avery Clark, Calera Clark, Harley Woltz, Aubrey Frick, Mattison, Amelia Frisch and Holly Melton.
