He is survived by: his wife Harriette Elizabeth Atkins; his children, Anthony Travis Atkins of Wilmington, NC, Lori Atkins Shaw (Jim) of Dallas, NC, Donna Tester Stephens (David) of Pasadena, MD, Edward Eugene Tester, Jr. of Bel Air, MD, Michael Tester (Michele) of Thurmont, MD and Tammy Tester Haloskey (Bob) of Harrisburg, VA; his brother Michael Atkins of Rock Hill, SC; his grandchildren, Andrew, Elizabeth, Samuel Shaw, Melanie Reek (Matt), Nicholas Tester, Leah Rockwood (Zack), Mitchell Tester, Cody Gehring, Rob Haloskey (Sarah) and Amy Haloskey (Paige); and his great grandchildren, Lucas Reek and Xander Haloskey.
