She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Jackson and Mabel Jackson; and her husband Calvin Greene. She is survived by: her son Robert Greene. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

As a dedicated member of Fairview A.M.E. Church, Sally donated much of her time to the church.
