She was predeceased by: her parents, Carvil Swecker and Elva Swecker (Simmons); and her husband Bill Rufenacht. She is survived by: her sons, Tom Rufenacht (Jami) and Robert Rufenacht (Wendy). She is also survived by her six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
