She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Edward Bokulic; her parents, Michael Andrejko and Anna Andrejko; and her brother John Andreyko. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Ronald Edward Bokulic (Debra) and Sue Ann McQuaid (Michael); her siblings, Michael Andreyko and Evelyn Harris; her grandchildren, Erin, Caitlin, Patrick and Ryan; and her great grandchild Michael Patrick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
