He was predeceased by: his wife Janice C. Campbell; his parents, Sherman Campbell and Bulah Campbell; and his sister Thelma Beverly. He is survived by: his son Kirk Mather; his sister Betty Bennett (John); his nieces, Sharon Beverly and Sherri Franklin; and his nephew John Bennett Jr. (Michele). He is also survived by loving great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
