It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Lewis Sinclair of Bel Air, Maryland, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his sons, William L. Sinclair (Mary) and Melvin R. Ward; and his sister Judith McMillian. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
